Christina Cole is a healthcare leader with more than 20 years of progressive experience across biomedical engineering, technology management, project and change management, customer relationship management, and support services. She currently serves as Director of Support Services and Biomedical Engineering, providing leadership and oversight for critical healthcare operations, technology, and medical equipment services. Throughout her career, Christina has held a variety of leadership roles within the technology management sector, with responsibilities spanning technology integration, project delivery, organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management. Christina is currently pursuing a PhD. She holds a Diploma in Biomedical Engineering Technology from the College of the North Atlantic, as well as a Bachelor of Technology and a Master of Technology Management from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador. She has also completed certificates in Modern Management and Change Leadership through the Canadian Healthcare Association and holds the professional designations of Certified Health Executive (CHE) and Certified Biomedical Engineering Technologist (CBET). Christina is the only CBET in Newfoundland and Labrador, is a member of the Project Management Institute Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter, and also teaches as a sessional instructor at the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University and for 10 years was a part-time instructor with the Canadian Healthcare Association.
