Optional Purchase
This year, you have the option to purchase a CAMDR 2026 Conference polo shirt for $35 plus 15% HST. During registration, you will be prompted to choose a colour of black or white and then select your size. Please see the sizing options below. If you would like to add additional polo t-shirts to your registration or if you forgot to include it when registering, please email info@camdr.ca. You will not have the option to purchase polo t-shirts at the conference.
Polo T-Shirts must be purchased and paid in full by September 25, 2026. No refunds will be provided for polo t-shirts after this date. Pick-up your order at the registration desk during the conference with your name badge.

Notice of Filming and Photography:
When you attend the CAMDR 2026 Conference, you enter an environment where photography, audio, and video recording may take place. By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or streamed. You grant CAMDR ACRDM, its representatives, and designated partners the right to capture, reproduce, use, and distribute these images and recordings in any format – print, digital, broadcast, or social media – now or in the future. These materials may be used for event promotion, publicity, or any other purpose deemed appropriate by CAMDR ACRDM and its affiliates. You release CAMDR ACRDM and all involved parties from any liability related to these activities.
By attending, you waive any rights to compensation or royalties for the use of your image or likeness, regardless of the purpose or platform. You also waive the right to inspect or approve any photos, videos, or recordings taken by CAMDR ACRDM or its designated representatives. Your entry to the event premises confirms your understanding and agreement with this notice.
Code of Conduct Acknowledgement:
By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I am expected to conduct myself in a professional, respectful, and inclusive manner at all times. I understand that harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
Cancellation Policy:
Request for cancellation must be sent by email to the CAMDR office on or before September 18, 2026. An administration charge of $50 will apply to all refunds. No refunds will be provided after September 18, 2026.
