A snapshot of Surgical Mission work in Ecuador, to solve the problem of Hip disease. And the grateful perspective it can bring.
Meet the speaker:
Jordan Wood – I am a farm boy raised in Taber, Alberta. I enjoying being on the family farm. When not working, I enjoy water sports on the lake, or shooting guns with my four daughters. For the past 18 years I have worked as a Sales rep & Territory Manager for Smith & Nephew Orthopedics. For the past 14 years I have traveled with and served on the board of directors for True North Mission Society, a charity formed in Calgary. This charity has served the poor in Ecuador through Surgical Intervention & education. Serving in Ecuador has afforded me a perspective of humility and gratefulness.
