Dalyce Fredette-Percy

Dalyce Fredette-Percy has worked in the Perioperative field for the past 45+ years in Winnipeg and the Rural Regions Public and Private sectors. She is currently the Clinical Value Analysis Specialist Acute Care & Continuing Care for the Clinically Integrated Provincial Supply Chain Management Shared Services for the Province of Manitoba.
Dalyce is an experienced Clinical Manager of the Operating Room, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Medical Device Reprocessing Department, Pre-Admission Clinic, OR Slating and Same Day Surgery Unit.
She began her Perioperative career in 1974 as an Operating Room Technician at the Health Sciences Centre for 10 years. She then entered Nursing school and continued working in the OR after school and on weekends until she graduated from Nursing. She then continued in the Perioperative field in the OR at HSC in Winnipeg. She then became the Manager of Surgical Processes for the MDRD at HSC until moving to Portage la Prairie, where she was the OR & MDR Manager.
Dalyce is currently the Clinical Value Analysis Specialist Acute Care & Continuing Care for the New Clinically Integrated Supply Chain Management Shared Services for the Province of Manitoba, residing in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba.
Dalyce continues to be a long-time member of the MDR Regional Working Group. She is a member of the Clinical Contract Advisory Committee for HealthPRO Canada (CCAC), a member of CMDSNet (Canadian Medical Devices Sentinel Network
Health Products Surveillance and Epidemiology Bureau [HPSEB]
Marketed Health Products Directorate / Health Canada), and a member of the Association Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals (AHVAP). Dalyce is also a committee member for the Canadian Standards Association CSA Technical Standards Committee.
Dalyce continues to be a member of the Regional Planning Committee for the Provincial Conferences/ Workshops for the past nine years and was a committee member on the CAMDR Planning Committee (2013) in which Winnipeg hosted the 2014 Inaugural National Conference.
Dalyce is very proud to have served as the President of CAMDR for 2020-2022. As the newly transitioned Immediate Past President of the Canadian Association Medical Device Reprocessing, Dalyce will continue to support and promote Medical Device Reprocessing.
